I was born in Long Beach, California and now live in Dallas, Texas. I became a Motivational Speaker and Author to share my personal experiences in hopes of helping others and to help change the mindset of others. You can overcome anything you've been through in life. The scars may always be there but our wounds heal.

 I am a GAL who is not always weighed down by the troubles of everyday LIFE, always myself regardless of the situation and I try and LIVE life to the fullest. I am NOT restricted by other people's opinions and behaviors. I am a Woman who still SMILES when things are not going so well, taking a POSITIVE outlook on life and trying to make the most of it, my spirit is n...ot always damped by the little things in life. I am a LADY who goes with the flow of life and is usually comfortable with MYSELF. I am usually very positive even when others try to bring me down. I consider myself free spirited. "FREE Spirited people do whatever makes them happy, are content, & keep their cool better than most. Most of these people see things differently." Free spirited people are sometimes viewed by others not to be stable or have stability. But, we are a lot more stable and have it together more than what others think. I try and stay away from negative people as much as possible. I am a free-spirited child of GOD who Loves JESUS!
